We will start this experience by visiting the Aymar vineyards, located at 800 meters altitude in the Prades Mountains. On board our pick-ups, we will take a 1 hour and 30 minute tour through the Conca de Barberà, surrounded by nature and landscapes that invite you to disconnect. Between 12:30 and 13:00, we will continue at the Aymar winery in Vimbodí and Poblet, where we will welcome you with a glass of Aymar ICE, our freshest sparkling wine, organic and with the Clàssic Penedès D.O. Then, we will visit the winery, with more than a hundred years of history, to learn up close how we make our wines from estate-grown grapes. A process that combines long-standing experience with modern techniques to produce honest and quality wines. At the end, you will head to the Moments Aymar Vimbodí restaurant to share a lunch designed to pair with our wines. Each dish has been crafted to complement the sparkling wines and wines that accompany it. To close the experience, we will toast with a farewell “xopin” and invite you to visit the shop, where you will find our wines, sparkling wines, and arbequina olive oil.
