Traditional method of second fermentation on lees in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months.

Tasting note

Pale gold color, bright and transparent. Delicate and persistent bubbles forming a creamy foam outlining the rim of the glass. On the nose, it unfolds a wide range of aromas of white fruit such as apple and pear, accompanied by subtle notes of bread or toast. Perfect balance between fresh acidity and silky texture.
