Tasting note
Intense gold color. Extremely fine bubbles, with a persistent and abundant crown. Deep and complex, it exudes seductive aromas of stone fruits such as peach, apricot, or dried fruit such as apricots. The long aging in contact with the lees brings complexity and elegance with subtle notes of sweet bread, brioche, butter, and nuts.
