Experience Wine Tourism at Aymar Discover the authentic essence of wine tourism at Castell de Pujades (Castellví de la Marca) in Penedès with Aymar’s “Viu l’Enoturisme” experience. This experience is designed for wine lovers who want to explore the winemaking process up close and enjoy a wine tasting in a unique vineyard setting. The tour begins with the first glass of wine and a guided visit of the cellar’s interior and exterior facilities, where you’ll learn about the origins of our wines and the philosophy behind each bottle. During the visit, we explain in detail the winemaking and aging techniques used at Aymar, as well as the distinctive characteristics that define our wines. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of 2 additional Aymar wines, carefully selected to showcase the expression of the terroir and the work of the cellar. The tasting is accompanied by a simple snack platter, designed to complement the wines and complete the gastronomic experience. An ideal activity to discover the world of wine, share special moments, and enjoy wine tourism in Penedès (Barcelona).
