Tasting note
Very pale yellow colour, clean, and bright.
Gentle nose entry, with predominant aromas of linden flower and jasmine, followed by ripe white fruit such as apple and pear. The palate is gentle and velvety, with predominance of white and stone fruit. Pleasant freshness, acidity, and salinity. A true Xarel·lo blanc.
